What I Wish I Knew at the Beginning of the Year...
This past year was amazing in yearbook! I will always remember it. :) However, I wish I used my time more wisely at the beginning. I spent too much of my time planning the spreads and then ran out of time finishing the actual spreads. I just wish I knew to plan my use of time more. Other than that, I loved being the Senior Editor. :)

Newspaper :)
For the April Fools Issue, I am doing a article on an interview with a lonely recycling bin (since there is only one left in the entire school...that we know of). I am very excited for this entire issue. It is going to be so hilarious! :)
A: I sure hope so! That would be like a dream come true! I
would love to be able to see my friends and talk to them once again.
Tuloso-Midway High School used to have a plentiful amount of
recycling bins throughout its premises in the year 2014. However, when the year
2015 rolled along, the recycling bins became endangered. There’s only one left
that we know of, and his name is Stanley. He dwells alone in the Teacher’s
Lounge missing his dear companions every single day.
Interview with Stanley the Recycling
Bin
Q:
How have you personally felt since all of the other recycling bins disappeared?
A: I
have felt extremely lonely. For the first few weeks, I cried every single day and
felt even more empty than I was (which was VERY empty). I used to be able to
look around and see my friends in every corner, but then one day, they just
disappeared in thin air. It has been a difficult journey for me, but I am
slowly becoming stronger and being able to deal with the situation much better.
Q:
How does it feel to be the last of your kind at TM?
A:
It makes me feel quite special that they decided to keep me out of all the other
recycling bins. However, like I said before, I’m very lonely at times. Humans
are cool and all, but I do miss my other recycling bin friends.
Q:
Do you believe that TM will bring back your friends one day in the future?
The Yearbook is Done! :)
My feelings towards the yearbook being done are both happy and sad. Since this is my last year being in yearbook, it is going to be so sad to leave something that has been always with me since my sophomore year. I loved all of the memories that I shared with my fellow yerds (yearbook nerds) ;) Yearbook was one of the only classes that I actually looked forward to going to at the end of the day! I loved every single minute of it and will never forget it! :)
